Educational Products and Services

Counsel Elite LLC provides online education, digital courses, guidebooks, educational resources, training materials, and educational support. Depending on the program purchased, members may receive self-paced courses, videos, downloadable materials, worksheets, group educational sessions, or individualized educational support.

All information and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes.

All course content, videos, guidebooks, worksheets, templates, downloads, training materials, graphics, written content, and other educational resources provided by Counsel Elite LLC are proprietary and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for their own educational purposes.

No materials may be copied, reproduced, recorded, downloaded for redistribution, shared, published, resold, sublicensed, modified, distributed, posted online, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Counsel Elite LLC.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Counsel Elite LLC materials may result in immediate termination of program access and may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including the pursuit of available injunctive relief, damages, costs, and other legal remedies.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Counsel Elite LLC intellectual property to any member.

Digital Delivery

After successful payment, applicable digital products, course materials, and program access instructions are delivered electronically using the email address provided during purchase.

Members are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the email account used during checkout.

If you experience difficulty receiving or accessing your educational materials, please contact our support team for assistance.

Digital Products, Access, and Refunds

Because Counsel Elite LLC provides digital educational products and online training that may be delivered or made available immediately or shortly after purchase, purchases are generally considered final once digital course access, educational materials, guidebooks, resources, or other program content have been delivered or made available, subject to applicable law and any refund, dispute, or Resolution Center requirements of the payment platform used for the transaction.

Members are encouraged to carefully review the applicable program description, included resources, and purchase terms before completing a transaction.

Failure to access, download, open, or use materials after they have been made available does not by itself create eligibility for a refund.

If you experience a technical or delivery issue, please contact our team so we can verify your purchase and assist with access.

Verified duplicate charges, billing errors, or refunds otherwise required by applicable law will be reviewed and handled appropriately.

Program Features

Program features, included resources, access periods, educational support, and other components may vary depending on the specific program purchased.

Members should review the applicable program information before completing their purchase.

Continuing Membership and Recurring Billing

Certain Counsel Elite LLC programs may include an initial program term, including a 4-week, 90-day, annual, or other defined educational program term, followed by the opportunity to continue with an ongoing membership.

When an ongoing membership is offered, the applicable membership price, billing frequency, recurring billing start date, and material membership terms will be disclosed to the member at enrollment, checkout, or before the recurring membership begins.

By enrolling in or electing to continue with an ongoing membership, the member authorizes Counsel Elite LLC and its applicable payment processor to charge the payment method on file at the disclosed recurring membership rate and billing frequency.

Ongoing memberships automatically renew at the applicable billing interval until canceled by the member.

Membership Cancellation

Ongoing memberships may be canceled at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future recurring membership charges after the cancellation becomes effective.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable membership terms, members may continue to access the membership through the end of the membership period that has already been paid for.

Members should submit cancellation requests before their next scheduled billing date to prevent the next recurring charge.

Cancellation does not retroactively refund membership charges that were validly processed before the cancellation request, except where required by applicable law.

Initial Program Purchases and Ongoing Memberships

An ongoing membership is separate from the member's initial purchase of a Counsel Elite LLC educational program.

Cancellation of an ongoing membership does not cancel, reverse, or create a refund right for an initial 4-week, 90-day, annual, or other educational program purchase.

Initial program purchases, digital products, educational materials, and program access remain subject to the Digital Products, Access, and Refunds provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

Membership Changes

Counsel Elite LLC may modify membership features, educational resources, pricing, billing frequency, or other membership terms from time to time.

When required, members will receive notice of material changes before those changes become effective.

Continued participation in a membership after an applicable change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated membership terms, subject to applicable law.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Counsel Elite LLC does not guarantee financial, business, professional, or other specific outcomes.

Individual experiences and results vary based on circumstances, decisions, effort, implementation, and other factors outside the control of Counsel Elite LLC.

Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration, contact, and payment information
• Maintaining access to their account and email address
• Reviewing applicable program and membership details prior to purchase
• Maintaining accurate and current payment information for any recurring membership
• Reviewing recurring billing terms when enrolling in an ongoing membership
• Using educational materials appropriately
• Completing educational materials at their own pace
• Making their own independent decisions based on the information provided
• Submitting membership cancellation requests before the next applicable billing date if they no longer wish to continue

Intellectual Property

All digital courses, videos, guidebooks, worksheets, templates, training materials, graphics, website content, and other proprietary materials provided by Counsel Elite LLC are owned by or licensed to Counsel Elite LLC.

Materials are provided for the purchaser's personal educational use only.

Members may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, share, sublicense, or commercially exploit Counsel Elite LLC materials without prior written authorization.

Account and Access

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Program access and educational materials may not be shared with individuals who did not purchase or enroll in the applicable program.

Counsel Elite LLC may suspend or terminate access in cases of unauthorized sharing, misuse of educational materials, violation of these Terms, or other misuse of the company's programs or intellectual property.

Website and Program Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to our website and educational platforms but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, or circumstances outside our control.

Changes

Counsel Elite LLC may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this website.
